Cassidy Acupuncture is one of the very few clinics in existence that combines 5 element and Traditional acupuncture to offer you a truly comprehensive treatment approach.
Add to this combination the possibilities life coaching and guided stress reduction exercises, and you have a very potent and synergistic blend of therapies that can get you back on track in your life.
This multi-layered approach is often what it takes to make real change in our modern world, as there are so many forces out there that prevent us from optimal health and wellness.
The reason that we hold 5 element acupuncture in such high regard is that so many people in our modern world are struggling to gain clarity about their life purpose. Because of this, many people suffer from stagnation. Even though they are functioning, they feel alienated, stressed, and overwhelmed.
Simply put, many people feel like they have lost themselves. 5 element acupuncture is primarily intended to get YOU back, the big YOU that wants to grow, be healthy, and fully alive. Until this happens, all treatment will only put a bandage on the real issue.

Acupuncturist Matthew Cassidy uses 5 element acupuncture for the majority of patients he sees. 5 element acupuncture is one of the most powerful treatment options for working on the level of the body, mind and spirit.
In Chinese medicine any illness or symptom, either physical, mental or of the spirit, is associated with an imbalance of the person’s vital life energy, or Qi. When the body sends out distress signals in the form of any symptom it is a sign that there is an imbalance of Qi, which must be rebalanced to restore health.
This principle of Traditional Acupuncture is important because it means the underlying cause of the disease is being dealt with rather than the symptom merely being swept under the carpet, only to reappear in the future.
